Flamstead Greens v Watford Premier

Another blustery day made us concentrate on short, sharp passes trying not to do too many lobby overheads!

It was a reasonably close game with Flamstead edging further forward each quarter.  The first quarter score was 6-4 and then increasing our lead to 12-7 at half time.  We were fortunate enough to have 8 players so were able to swap positions round a bit.  We continued on with a 17-11 lead after the third quarter with the final score being 25-16.

There was some excellent defence work and proved we’d listened to our wonderful coach in training by executing some good skills working the ball around the D safely and into the shooters.
