Match report from Jenny Laycock:
Flamstead v Camelot Reds
Flamstead showing their professionalism at all times, were warmed and raring to go on time. This week there was a change of line up with Tracy C changing ends to play GS.

Flamstead didn’t have a great start and by the end of the first quarter, Flamstead were down by two goals with the quarter ending 7 -9. On the plus side both shooters decided that they had definitely got their eye in and were raring to go for the next quarter.

A combination of great defending from Becky and Louise in the defending circle, great midcourt play and outstanding holding from the GS led to the second quarter ending 22-14 to Flamstead. Flamstead were definitely in their stride and at half time the score was 29-19 in their favour. During the last quarter Camelot Reds fought hard to remain within half of Flamstead’s score; their persistence paid off and the game ended 40-25 to Flamstead.
